Isolation Room - Price Estimates

• Drywall - 150 ft for walls + 8 ft for ceilings = ~160 ft = 40 sheets @ $7/per = $280
• Studs - 51 studs @5/per = $255
• Plates - 5 @ $7 = $35
• Isulation - 13 rolls @ $10/per + 1 pad @ 50 for Ceiling= $180
• Carpet/padding = $50
• Solid Core Doors - 2 @ $80 = $160
• Hinges/sound stoppers - $40
• Drywall Tape/Drywall screws/Calk - $100
• Padding and Acoustic treatment inside - $100

Total : $1200

Now, what I'll need is to borrow power tools like a good table saw and figure out how to hang the door frames. Besides that, it looks like we're in business. I'll end up with about $50 in cushion. Hopefully this will cover tax/shipping/etc.
